Thoughts for mothers during pregnancy and beyond…
Pregnancy and postpartum can sometimes be an isolating experience.  Women leave their familiar
environments to venture off to the unknown.  Often women leave the workplace to be home fulltime
and find them selves isolated with a new baby.   If this is your second baby, you wonder how can
anyone manage more than one child?  Becoming a mother or adding a baby to the batch is sometimes
overwhelming.  There are many great organizations in the valley that are available to mothers and
their children.  Although friendships are personal, the best place to begin is with like minded others
who share common beliefs beginning with birth.  The organizations that are listed here are sure to
make you feel welcome and support you as you journey through your birthing and mothering
experiences….
